SED-30LTSD-D — IQF Fluidized-Bed Quick-Freeze Tunnel

Incoming granular product (at +23 ± 2°C) is laid onto a 1,200 mm-wide SUS304 spring-wire mesh belt running through a 30 m insulated tunnel. Cold air (−42°C evaporating condition) generated by the parallel screw compressor set (Hanbell LT-S-83/41 × 3 + RC2-710B × 1) is blown by 17 × 11 kW fans through the fluidized-bed evaporator arrays (4 groups), suspending and rapidly freezing individual particles. The belt chain-impact system prevents freezing-induced belt sticking. Defrost is by water-spray at shutdown. The 150 mm polyurethane foam (≥42 kg/m³) insulation panels minimize heat ingress.
