SED-30KLGJ-M — Z-Type 10-Head Combination Weigher Granule Filling Machine

10-head combination weigher: granules are fed from a Z-type bucket elevator into a top hopper, then distributed to 10 weigh hoppers. The controller selects the optimal combination of hoppers whose total weight matches the target (50–800 g) within ±0.1–2 g, then dumps the dose through the discharge funnel into a bottle/jar positioned by the auto-feed conveyor (3 m chain plate). Photoelectric no-bottle detection skips empty stations. Throughput 20–30 bottles/min.
