Funktionsweise
The continuous-motion cartoner folds leaflets in the side folder, opens flat carton blanks pulled by ORION KRF40A vacuum pump; the leaflet and product (blister board/bottle) are sensed by SICK photoelectric sensors before insertion. Continuous slow-push insertion prevents product damage. Mitsubishi PLC (FX3GA-60MT) sequences the motion via FR-D720S-2.2K-CHT inverter; OMRON E6B2-CWZ6C 360P/R encoders track the line. Defective cartons (missing leaflet or product) detected during transit are rejected at the outlet. Mitsubishi GS2107-WTBD HMI presents alarms and stop reasons. A torque-overload protector decouples the main drive from each transmission to protect the line.
