Funktionsweise
Two cones welded base-to-base form a double-cone vessel that rotates about a horizontal axis at 15 rpm (driven by 1.1 kW motor through WPA-155 reducer and B-type belt). Powder cascades from one cone to the other through the central section, producing a tumbling action. After 6-10 minutes (typical), the multi-component powder reaches uniform blending (CV ≤4%). Discharge through stainless steel butterfly valve when blender stops with the valve oriented vertically.
