SED-300SWB-G — Full-Automatic 3D Transparent Film Overwrapping Machine

Belt conveyor delivers small cartons to an upright cassette; pneumatic pusher stacks the required number of boxes and lifts them into the wrapping zone via cam-driven lifter. Transparent film is unwound from a Phi75 mm core, drawn through guide tube and rubber roller, cut by a rotating top knife, and conveyed over the box stack to form a cap wrap. Pneumatic pusher advances the wrapped stack where bottom-folder and end-folder boards fold the long bottom edge and short end flaps. Bottom heater seals the long edge; inner and outer end heaters seal the end flaps; final lower heater plate reshapes and finishes the bundle. Auto-start when boxes present, auto-stop when empty.
