Funktionsweise

The material drum is driven via main and sub-transmission shafts connected through a universal joint and swing arm, producing multi-directional rotation. Unlike single-axis mixers, the multi-axis tumble accelerates flow and diffusion of materials during the mixing process, avoiding centrifugal-force-induced segregation and accumulation. The result is excellent, uniform mixing of free-flowing powders and granules with different specific gravities.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet cloth; open machine and wipe interior; clean material drum with cloth then sterilize with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe interior and exterior; sanitize material drum with 75% alcohol. Lubricate transmission pairs with grease/lubricant every 3 months. Always stop motor before loading or unloading material.
