Funktionsweise

Forced hot-air recirculation: two 0.55 kW axial flow fans push heated air through the drying chamber where it circulates over baking pans loaded on SS304 trolleys. Most heated air is recycled through the heater (27 kW electric), dramatically reducing the temperature difference between top and bottom layers. Adjustable shutters (SUS304) distribute airflow evenly. Fresh air intake and moisture exhaust maintain appropriate humidity. Pneumatic silicone door seal ensures a tight closure. Siemens TP700 + PLC control system manages temperature and complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for pharmaceutical use.
