Funktionsweise

Steam-heated 300 L dissolving tank melts sugar (0.75 kW mixer, 100 kg/h steam at 0.5 MPa). 200 L jacketed mixing tank + 200 L jacketed storage tank blend syrup under vacuum (vacuum pump 4 kW); PLC and touchscreen centralised control. Gelatin melting tank (200 L + 70 L dosing cylinder, 0.75 kW motor with reducer and SUS304 stirrer) prepares gelatin solution. Servo double-color depositor (1.5 kW × 2) with auto-tracking head (1 kW servo) and 5-route temperature controller (5.5 kW) deposits dual-color gummy candy into Teflon-coated aluminum moulds conveyed through a chain-type cooling tunnel. Pneumatic oil sprayer lubricates moulds; chain-type brush demoulding system releases candies; roller machine coats surface sugar.

Prozessbeschreibung

1Steam-heated 300 L dissolving tank melts sugar (0.75 kW mixer, 100 kg/h steam at 0.5 MPa).

2200 L jacketed mixing tank + 200 L jacketed storage tank blend syrup under vacuum (vacuum pump 4 kW); PLC and touchscreen centralised control.

3Gelatin melting tank (200 L + 70 L dosing cylinder, 0.75 kW motor with reducer and SUS304 stirrer) prepares gelatin solution.

4Servo double-color depositor (1.5 kW × 2) with auto-tracking head (1 kW servo) and 5-route temperature controller (5.5 kW) deposits dual-color gummy candy into Teflon-coated aluminum moulds conveyed through a chain-type cooling tunnel.

5Pneumatic oil sprayer lubricates moulds; chain-type brush demoulding system releases candies; roller machine coats surface sugar.
