Funktionsweise
Two gelatin films are actively driven (no slip-pull) into the rolling dies; 24-plunger injection bodies dose 24 × (0–2) mL of fill material between the films at dual-PID controlled temperature; rolling dies (Φ150 × 250 mm, 0.1–0.5 MPa pneumatic constant pressure, 0–4 RPM stepless) press-cut and seal the soft capsules. Air conveying delivers capsules to the cooling/setting zone and on to drum drying.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Two gelatin films are actively driven (no slip-pull) into the rolling dies; 24-plunger injection bodies dose 24 × (0–2) mL of fill material between the films at dual-PID controlled temperature; rolling dies (Φ150 × 250 mm, 0.1–0.5 MPa pneumatic constant pressure, 0–4 RPM stepless) press-cut and seal the soft capsules.
