Funktionsweise

Sugar is ground in the 5.5 kW pulveriser (100 mesh, 3800 r/min) and added to the chocolate melting tank (500 L, 2.2 kW) where fat and other ingredients are blended. The mass is then transferred to the conche/refiner (1000 L, 15 kW) and refined to 20–25 μm over 14–20 hr, then held in the 1000 L heated holding tank (2.2 kW) at depositing temperature. Three 32 L/min transfer pumps move chocolate to the moulding line. The 11.8 m moulding line (40 kW + 15 HP refrigeration) heats the moulds, deposits two colors / fillings via the single-head depositor, vibrates to debubble, cools through a refrigerated tunnel, demoulds and discharges finished pieces. PLC + HMI + servo + VFD coordinate the cycle.
