SED-300JBT-E — Simplified Tablet Coating Machine

Tablets are loaded into a 300 mm tilted coating pan (tilt 15–45°, adjustable) which rotates at 0–46 rpm (VFD-controlled), causing tablets to tumble in a complex orbital trajectory through a spray application zone. The peristaltic pump in the liquid cart delivers heated/insulated coating liquid at 0.34–870 mL/min via dual solenoid valves to the spray gun, which atomizes it onto the tumbling tablets for even distribution. The pneumatic stirrer continuously agitates the liquid in the tank to prevent settling. Concurrently, hot air (from the 60 W blower) flows through the pan to rapidly evaporate solvent, forming a firm, fine, complete, and smooth surface film. Fixed internal deflector plates guide tablets along the optimal trajectory for film-coating.
