Funktionsweise
Horizontal continuous boxing: leaflet folded by HPM-F16 (or optional GUK C91); rotary suction-cup feeder picks cartons (3–4 cup sets); 18-group continuous multi-pusher pushes leaflet first then product into carton (each group pushes once per cycle for stability); batch coding by character wheel (3 rows × 12 chars); box closed and output. Detection at multiple points; unqualified products rejected. Encoder-driven action signals adjustable from HMI for fast fault recovery. Hot-melt sealing optional.
