Funktionsweise
Materials are fed through the inlet into the crushing chamber, where high-speed rotating blades throw them against fixed gear rings, producing repeated impact, friction, and shear between materials, blades, and gear rings. The crushed fine particles are pushed by positive-pressure airflow generated by the high-speed fans through the screen mesh into the cyclone collector and discharged via rotary valve. A portion of ultra-fine dust is absorbed by the pulse jet dust collector; clean air is exhausted to atmosphere. The chamber does not overheat, preserving material properties.

Pre-production cleaning: wipe all contact surfaces before each run. Post-shift cleaning: remove and wash the screen mesh, crushing blades, and gear ring. Pulse filter bags should be cleaned periodically to maintain airflow and dust collection efficiency. Disassemble main machine by removing screen frame, cap nut, movable disc, and gear ring; main spindle bearing seat can be removed for full chamber cleaning. Reassemble all parts and tighten fasteners before restart.
