Funktionsweise
Products are conveyed across a weighing belt section. The Mettler Toledo or HBM high-precision load cell measures weight via a high-speed A/D controller; non-conforming products are rejected by an explosion-proof pneumatic pusher. All electrical components are explosion-proof rated and housed in a flameproof 6061 anodized aluminium control box. Isolation safety barriers between the hazardous-area sensors and the safe-area control electronics provide intrinsic-safety separation.
