Funktionsweise

Tumbling double-cone blender: the closed double-cone vessel rotates around a horizontal axis at 7.8 rpm; gravity-driven tumbling combined with the double-cone geometry produces axial and radial movement of the material batch, achieving uniform blending. Optional intensifier shaft provides forced mixing for difficult materials. Gear box lubricated with #20 oil (change every 3 months); rolling bearings filled with high-temperature grease to one-third of bearing cavity.
