Sheet material from the loading device (inner spool φ75 mm, dual-roll standby supported) → heating station (upper and lower heating plates act independently to precisely control heating time) → positive/negative pressure vacuum forming (smooth bubble surfaces without water marks) → punch module (booster cylinder driven, 1-out-4) → blister displacement device → automatic blister placement into mold → manual or automatic product loading → automatic card-placement device (pre-positioned to prevent shift during feeding) → heat-seal module (80-150 °C, 5T pressure; upper mold auto-raises on brief stop to prevent scorching) → automatic mechanical arm picks finished products for output; scrap edges auto-wound (up to φ500 mm diameter). The entire process is controlled by a servo motor for material feeding and synchronized stepping.
