Funktionsweise
Auto cup feeder drops empty cups into the rotary index. An empty-cup photoelectric sensor verifies cup presence. Cups index to the heated mixing and dosing station where measured liquid (with optional inert gas headspace flush, port reserved) is filled. A label auto-adsorption unit picks labels and applies them; a heat-press station bonds the label. Finished cups are discharged automatically. Throughput: 20–30 cups/min.
