Funktionsweise
Operator places drum on the load-cell platform (Mettler-Toledo 10 kg cell). The lance descends into the bottom of the drum and the empty drum is auto-tared. Optional N₂ purges the headspace for a user-settable time. The metering valve opens fast then transitions to slow feed as the load cell approaches the target weight; the lance lifts back out with anti-drip control. Drum is moved to the capping station. Single-button start → lance descend → auto-tare → dual-speed fill → done → lance up.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Operator places drum on the load-cell platform (Mettler-Toledo 10 kg cell).
2The lance descends into the bottom of the drum and the empty drum is auto-tared.
