Funktionsweise
Two filling heads operate in parallel using load-cell (Guangce) weight-based metering. Barrels are conveyed on a stainless steel chain conveyor; vacuum suck-back filling valves dispense product based on load-cell readings controlled by PLC (Yongheng/Xinjie) and touchscreen (Weikong/Xinjie). Flow is throttled as target weight approaches via frequency inverter (Shenchuan). Capping is performed by the bundled chain-track capping machine with manual cap placement. Working air pressure 0.4–0.6 MPa; feed pressure 0.3–0.35 MPa.
