SED-2BS1-H — Fully Automatic Electronic Tablet Counting Machine

Materials are poured into the storage hopper and conveyed by a vibrating feeder to the sorting turntable. Fiber-optic sensors count particles passing through the counting channel. When the preset count is reached, Gate 1 (solenoid-controlled) rotates to divert material to the secondary buffer. Gates 2 and 3 (mini pneumatic cylinders) alternate: when a container is detected at the discharge port, the gate holding the counted batch opens to fill the bottle, while the other gate is closed, accumulating the next batch simultaneously. This two-stage buffering eliminates downtime between cycles.
