Funktionsweise
Two-position step-by-step transmission. Two ampoules are advanced together through stations: separation/feed, pre-nitrogen fill, liquid filling via glass pump, post-nitrogen fill, preheating, and flame sealing using oxygen + coal gas or LPG. A mechanical no-bottle/no-fill device (jaw-and-notch mechanism on the filling swing rod) stops the glass pump when an ampoule is missing — more stable than electronic detection. Gas nozzle pressure: coal/LPG at 0.9-1 kPa, oxygen at 0.08-0.1 MPa; blue-white flame indicates optimal combustion mix. Spindle rotates rightward (observed from hopper side).
