Funktionsweise
Variable-frequency motor + synchronous toothed belt → reducer → gear pair → ring gear drives 45 ISO-D dies in circular up-down rotation. Cast-iron body; combination upper guide rail + double-sided lifting guide rail. Hydraulic system provides stable structural support. Centralized dry-oil + thin-oil + circulating lubrication with automatic control. Two-step pressure forming (pre-pressure + main pressure independently adjustable; oversized rollers). Double-layer forced feeding ensures uniform and precise fill. Stepper-motor system replaces traditional handwheels for fast precise control of fill depth and tablet pressure. Automatic load-relief start for quick easy machine start-up, preventing jam/stall. New high-precision pressure detection system monitors main and pre-pressure on-line. Punch-jam / main-pressure overload and other multi-point safety detection. New powder-retaining mechanism. Special dust- and oil-proof seals on punch-disc holes; fully sealed tablet chamber for GMP. Anti-vibration feet. Siemens PLC + touchscreen + VFD; large color touchscreen with dedicated software for continuous on-line adjustment of tablet weight, thickness, and pressure. Vacuum feeder + batch waste rejection + automatic tablet weight control.
