Funktionsweise
Glass containers travel through preheating → sterilizing → cooling tunnel sections, fully protected by Class-100 laminar hot-air flow. Preheating section: laminar flow velocity 0.5 m/s with slight positive pressure to prevent external air ingress. Sterilizing section: laminar flow velocity 0.6 m/s (adjustable), held at 320°C for 5 minutes to achieve 3-log pyrogen reduction. Cooling section: force-air cooled to ≤ 45°C under Class 100 protection. HEPA filters rated to 400°C; filtration efficiency 99.995%; sealed using Bosch-technology negative-pressure airflow (no rubber strip, eliminating ageing contamination). Six temperature scan points (preheating ×1, heating ×2, heating blower inlet ×2, cooling ×1). PID PLC control; touch screen stores 300,000 records with USB/CF card and PCL printing support. Three-section and inter-cleanroom over-pressure control. DOP test port. Optional Siemens/Valtek multi-channel temperature validation. Stainless steel heating tubes + mesh belt (main belt and side belts synchronized by sprocket chain to prevent skew and cross-contamination).
