Funktionsweise
Identical working principle to STU-2 but with 6 vertical sealing stations providing additional dwell time and sealing capacity. The direct-drive magnetic levitation servo bag conveying system maintains high-precision positioning at the higher 160 ppm throughput. Six vertical sealing stations, each with cooling-shaping after sealing, handle the increased speed without compromising seal quality. Servo electronic CAM allows format changeover without mechanical adjustments. Four filling stations and automatic lubrication system support sustained high-speed production.
