Funktionsweise
Roll film is fed by a direct-drive magnetic-levitation servo conveying system providing high-torque, high-precision repeated positioning - eliminating positioning errors caused by mechanical wear of CAM splitters or screw modules. Four vertical sealing stations (with cooling/shaping after each seal) form pouches at high speed. Servo motor electronic CAM function allows random modification of CAM curves to increase or reduce mechanical stroke without physical re-tooling. Four filling stations dose product simultaneously. Top-seal, cooling, cutting, and output conveyor complete the cycle. Bag-opening detection (no-open = no-fill) prevents waste.
