Funktionsweise
Continuous-motion cartoning: leaflet folding and feeding, dual-station planetary wheel outer-ring carton opener with two-stage pre-forming device ensures full carton expansion. Servo swing-tracking blanker drops product into chain-plate slots (faster and more accurate than fixed-type). Multi-station servo follow-up rear-mounted pushing mechanism feeds product into cartons. Batch-number printing, flap sealing and inspection/rejection follow in continuous motion at 260 cartons/min. Machine footprint is 6800 x 1600 x 1860 mm (longer than GZH-A at 4800 mm) to accommodate the bottle turntable.
