SED-260GTB-S — High-Speed Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine

Bottles enter from an upstream conveyor and are paced by a star wheel that opens spacing to single-bottle pitch. As each bottle breaks the photoelectric beam at the labeling station, the servo-driven label feeder peels and dispenses one label; simultaneously the servo-driven hot-stamp coder prints lot number and production date. A rolling mechanism wraps the label smoothly and uniformly onto the bottle body. Fault sensors monitor for missing bottles, no label, label roll out, fallen bottles, and missing ribbon; any detected fault suppresses label feed. An inline roller device prevents label detachment or breakage at high speed. Un-labeled bottles are detected and rejected downstream.
