Funktionsweise
Empty 400 mL twin-tube containers are loaded onto the infeed conveyor (manual or auto-lift). Each station: (1) bottle is positioned under the dual filling heads; (2) two servo-driven filling heads dose component A and component B in 1:1 ratio at 400 mL — servo control of stroke gives accurate volume; (3) A-caps and B-caps are oriented and fed by separate vibratory bowls; (4) capping/cap-pressing seals each tube; (5) finished tubes discharge onto the outfeed conveyor. PLC sequences the stations; volume is changed via HMI digital entry, no mechanical setup. Companion glue-press SED-60YJJ1-B (60 T, 11 MPa, single-cylinder) extrudes glue from drums into the filling-machine reservoirs.
