SED-250ZB1-H — Flow Packing Machine with Down-loading Roll

Film is loaded from above (down-loading roll) so the longitudinal seal is on the underside of the bag. Product is fed onto the conveyor and the film is pulled from the tail end of the conveyor — this geometry handles sticky or irregular items that would jam in a standard top-feed former. Two frequency converters drive film advance and end-seal. A high-sensitivity color-mark sensor tracks the registration mark (eye-mark film required) to fix bag length precisely; the cutter cycles at the marked position. Independent PID temperature loops control the middle-seal and end-seal heaters; position-stop parks the cutter clear of the seal at shutdown.
