Funktionsweise
Material is fed into the granulating chamber/charging bucket above a double-roller assembly. The rollers oscillate (swing) through a 360° sway angle at 20–65 r/min (VFD adjustable), forcing the material through a perforated sieve below. The sieve aperture (0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 mm) sets the granule size. Lumps are sheared and broken into the target granule fraction; finished granules drop out through the sieve. The machine cannot be started without safe earthing.
