Funktionsweise
Wet high-shear granulation: (1) powders are loaded into the SUS304 mixing bowl; (2) the bottom rotor / stirring oar dry-mixes at 100–270 rpm; (3) liquid binder is added to wet the mass; (4) a side-mounted star cutter at 1000–3000 rpm breaks the wet mass into granules of 20–80 mesh. The pneumatic lid opens/closes automatically; pneumatic discharge valve (Φ150 mm) discharges product. Mixing and cutting motors each have KEWO inverter control for stepless speed adjustment.
