Funktionsweise

PVC sheet is heated by a heating pad and thermoformed into deep (up to 25 mm) blister cavities. TECO servo motor advances the traction with programmable stroke. Liquid or paste product is filled into blisters by the dedicated liquid filling unit. Aluminum foil (PTP) is heat-sealed over the filled blisters (140-160°C). Batch numbers, tear lines, and indentation marks are pressed at dedicated stations. Die-cutting blanks the finished packs. A waste-rejection (camera-based) system can be fitted optionally. PTP aluminum foil feeding uses a swing-arm sensor for automatic tension control. Control via Mitsubishi PLC with touch-screen HMI; two-level password; alarm logging.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-production cleaning: wipe outer machine surface and conveyor surfaces with clean damp cloth. Open hood and wipe interior with clean cloth to remove dust and dirt. Post-shift cleaning: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; clean conveyor track. Mechanical parts: clean with detergent (alcohol) and clean cloth. Electronic components: clean only with dry cloth; do not splash water. Photoelectric sensor windows: clean with clean dry cloth only. Pneumatic components: ensure air supply disconnected before cleaning. Do not separately disassemble valves for cleaning — contact manufacturer.
