Funktionsweise
PVC sheet is unwound and heated by upper/lower heating plates with screen pattern. Positive-pressure air assisted by mechanical punch (combined) ensures uniform, rigid blister forming. Products are filled manually or by feeder. PTP aluminum foil or dialysis paper is heat-sealed by cylinder. Batch number is embossed and tear lines pressed at dedicated stations. Servo motor drives traction with adjustable stroke (40-160 mm, extendable to 180 mm) via double-swing-rod mechanism — no cam lift change required. Main transmission uses parallel-shaft helical gear reducer for smooth, stable operation. Molds (forming, heat sealing) positioned by pins and pressed plates for accurate, easy mold change.
