Funktionsweise
Tablets are loaded into a perforated SS316L drum agitated by streamlined guide plates that tumble cores smoothly without falling-from-height collisions, eliminating chipping and broken pieces. Filtered hot air (0.5 um, Class 100,000) is supplied by the AHU at normal temperature to 80 C. A constant-pressure peristaltic pump delivers coating solution to four spray guns. Negative pressure inside the drum is monitored and controlled via a Dwyer differential-pressure gauge. Moisture-laden air is exhausted through a dust-removal exhaust machine. The WIP system cleans all product-contact surfaces in place after each batch.
