SED-24-24-8SXGF-M is a 3-in-1 pure-water/mineral-water rinse-fill-cap monobloc with 24 rinsing heads, 24 filling heads and 8 capping heads. Production capacity is 10,000–12,000 BPH for 300 mL bottles, with filling range
Funktionsweise
Bottles are gripped by the neck via a hanging conveyor, transferred to the rinse star where 24 rinse heads invert and rinse each bottle with 0.2–0.25 MPa pure water (~800 kg/h). Bottles transfer to the 24-head gravity (or pressure) liquid-level filling carousel where ±0.5% accuracy is achieved by liquid-level filling valves. Filled bottles enter the 8-head capping carousel where the cap-feeder presents oriented plastic screw caps and capping heads torque them down. Mitsubishi PLC + Mitsubishi inverter coordinates motion under a Weinview HMI; Siemens electricals protect the main circuits.
