Funktionsweise
Operator selects packaging and label preset data on the 10.2-inch HMI; the package is placed on the weighing tray and weight is captured automatically. The machine then dispenses cling film (PVC or PE), wraps the product (with or without tray), and the operator presses the heating plate to seal. A printed label is then applied to the package. SMC pneumatic cylinders drive motion under Schneider low-voltage electrical control.
