Funktionsweise
Ink is loaded into an oil tray and an oil roller transfers it onto a 100×100 mm engraved steel plate. A self-balancing doctor blade wipes excess ink, leaving ink only in the engraved image. A pneumatic silicone pad descends (50 mm vertical stroke), picks up the ink, then traverses (125 mm horizontal stroke) to the workpiece and presses down to transfer the image. Independent up/down stroke and speed adjustment allow double-pickup of ink for heavier deposits.
