Funktionsweise

Vibrating feeder delivers tablets/pills into the aluminum foil channels where they are counted and filtered for broken pieces. The foil is formed by longitudinal and transverse heat-impression dies into strip pockets. After sealing, margin edges are cut and batch numbers are printed before output. PLC with frequency converter provides stepless drum-speed adjustment (6–20 rpm). Man-machine interface allows setting of cutting speed and travel range.
