Funktionsweise

Filled capsules are fed into the hopper via a lifting mechanism (or manually). A capsule-dropping mechanism aligns and releases capsules vertically one at a time. A pushing mechanism re-orients each capsule to horizontal and feeds it into a rotating mechanism, which spins the capsule circumferentially. Multiple mirrors in the machine-vision system relay 360-degree images of each rotating capsule to the AI inspection system simultaneously. After inspection, a pneumatic rejection device ejects defective capsules while conforming capsules discharge to the IBC bin or downstream process.
