SED-20SZH-B Double Cone Mixer, 20 L total / 10 L working volume; mixes dry powders and granules uniformly in 4-8 minutes at 24 rpm using 0.55 kW motor. Compliant with GMP. Mixing uniformity coefficient of variation ≤5%.
Funktionsweise
Two-cone (double-cone) drum tumbles material through gravity-driven rolling and folding as the cone body rotates around its horizontal axis at 24 rpm. The symmetrical double-cone geometry ensures thorough blending with no dead corners. Material is loaded through the feed port with optional vacuum suction; discharge is via stainless-steel butterfly valve.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth (dust-free); open machine and wipe interior with damp cloth (remove dust/dirt); wipe hopper with clean cloth then with 75% industrial alcohol (clean and sterilize). Post-shift: wipe all interior and exterior surfaces with clean damp cloth; wipe hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. After use, remove rotating drum for thorough cleaning of residual powder. If out of service long-term, wipe clean and coat bright metal surfaces with rust-preventive oil.
