Funktionsweise
Tubes are automatically loaded and positioned on the filling carousel. The heated and stirred hopper maintains the viscous product at a set temperature and consistency. A metering pump dispenses a precise fill weight (10–250 g, ±1% accuracy) into each tube via nozzle. The filled tube is indexed to the ultrasonic sealing station where a 20 kHz transducer welds the tube tail, producing a clean solvent-free seal. Sealed tubes are then trimmed/embossed and discharged.
