Funktionsweise
Twin hard-tube containers are conveyed via vibratory bowls. Four servo-driven dosing pumps fill component A and B (1:1, 50 mL each per tube) into adjacent tubes simultaneously. Volume is set via HMI touchscreen with electronic digital input. SMC/Airtac pneumatic cylinders handle all station movements. Capping station seals the filled containers automatically.
