Funktionsweise
Liquid film mixture from storage tank is fed into the coating tank. Servo-driven release film carries liquid under a doctor blade (gap controls film thickness 0.02-0.1 mm). Coated film enters a segmented hot-air drying oven (external, 1900 mm long) with independent zone temperature control set via touchscreen. After drying, longitudinal slitting cuts the 200 mm-wide film into customer-specified widths and rewinds onto rolls. Auto level detection refills the liquid tank.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Liquid film mixture from storage tank is fed into the coating tank.
2Servo-driven release film carries liquid under a doctor blade (gap controls film thickness 0.02-0.1 mm).
3Coated film enters a segmented hot-air drying oven (external, 1900 mm long) with independent zone temperature control set via touchscreen.
4After drying, longitudinal slitting cuts the 200 mm-wide film into customer-specified widths and rewinds onto rolls.
5Auto level detection refills the liquid tank.
