Funktionsweise
PVC or aluminum film is heated and formed into blister cavities, filled with tablets/capsules, then heat-sealed with PTP aluminum foil or cold-formed with ALU-ALU foil. The punching station cuts finished blisters. Film traction is driven by a Mitsubishi servo motor with closed-loop photoelectric eye-mark feedback, ensuring no accumulated registration error regardless of film elasticity or speed variations. PVC feed device uses an active discharge motor to maintain constant film tension.
Prozessbeschreibung
