Funktionsweise
Cartons are sucked from the magazine, opened on a three-station equal-rotation opener, and pre-formed twice to guarantee full opening. A leaflet folding device folds and conveys the leaflet (1–4 folds). Posterior continuous pushing simultaneously feeds product (blister/bottle/tube/strip/pouch) and inserts the leaflet into the carton. PLC + servo + photoelectric control coordinates all motions; protection logic stops the machine on missing products, missing leaflets or misalignment. The carton is then sealed and discharged.
