Funktionsweise
Open parallel-flow convective drying system; gear-driven centrifugal atomiser at micro-negative pressure. Drying air passes primary and secondary filters, is heated by the indirect natural-gas stove to 200–250 °C, then filtered by a 100K-class high-temperature HEPA before entering the tower via a spiral hot-air distributor. Feed liquid is pumped by a peristaltic hose pump to the atomiser, which disperses it into fine droplets that spiral downward with the hot air, evaporating 95–98% of water in seconds. Dry powder exits at the cone bottom via a rotary airlock; entrained fines are recovered by the CLT-900 cyclone and 148-bag pulse baghouse. Clean exhaust leaves through the 22 kW induced-draft fan and silencer. Pneumatic SK60/SK40 knockers prevent wall buildup; explosion vent and over-temperature protection ensure safety.
