Funktionsweise
Material tray feeds tablets into 200 mold holes on the 650 mm rotating template. The swing template + internal-control center-axis offset mechanism (universal joint) cuts and dispenses counted batches into the bottle below. AirTAC cylinders clamp the bottle during fill. No-bottle optical sensor (SICK GTB6-N1212) stops the counting plate; auto-resume when bottle arrives. Siemens PLC controls the sequence; SINAMICS V20 VFDs regulate production speed, screening frequency, and conveyor. Two bottle clamping cylinders ensure accurate positioning.
