Funktionsweise
Same VFFS chassis as the SED-200KLB-L tablet line,sold as a candy/granular line. A 750 W,1.8 L Z-type bucket elevator (304 SS,embossed) feeds a 14-head combination weigher (304 SS,embossed Teflon-treated buckets,100-1000 g,±0.5-1 g) on a stainless platform. The weigher's optimal-combination algorithm drops the dose down through the fill tube into the formed bag. A 400 W Inovance Huichuan servo motor pulls film over a former; a Longyou color-mark photo-eye reads registration to set bag length. AIRTAC pneumatic cylinders form the back-seal,transverse seal and cut. PLC + Inovance HMI store packing recipes; intelligent temperature controller (Yatai) keeps seal jaws within tight tolerance; character coder applies date codes. Two formers and a gusset former are included for fast bag-style changes.
