Funktionsweise
Eight-station rotary premade-bag platform fed by a 14-head combination scale on a stainless working platform; product is conveyed up by a large-incline bucket elevator. Slot-cam drive eliminates high-speed vibration. One-minute bag-size changeover. Stations: 1) bag pick from magazine; 2) inkjet coding (optional); 3) bag opening (suction cups); 4) primary fill (detection probe confirms bag open; no open → no fill); 5) fill stage 2 / tamping (rotary blow + tamping); 6) heat seal 1; 7) heat seal 2 / forming (reserved station). PLC control with HMI. Anti-dust, waterproof design — washable with water. Oil-free vacuum pump. Imported plastic bearings on select components (no lubrication needed). One-piece frame construction for absolute parallelism.
