SED-200KGD-O — Eight-Station Rotary Premade-bag Packaging Machine

Eight-station rotary turret packaging machine. Premade bags are loaded vertically into a magazine; suction cups pick a bag and transfer it to the rotating clamp jaws. Eight stations: 1) bag pick (vertical magazine, up/down motion), 2) date/batch coding, 3) bag opening (four suction cups, top and bottom), 4) filling (detection probe confirms bag is open; no open → no fill → no seal), 5) fill stage 2 / buffer, 6) buffer / reserved, 7) heat seal 1, 8) heat seal 2 and forming/output. Safety interlocks: no bag, no fill, no seal; machine stops on abnormal air pressure; error position displayed on control panel.
